It’s great, could use a little instruction insert maybe - but we figured it out. The basket where the tea sits is lowered into the mouth of the bottle where it locks into place, hence the handle to ease removal after brewing. Be aware that even though it’s double walled, the bottle still gets warm! ----By Lulu
I love how it is dish washer safe, as most nice bottles need to be washed by hand. I also love how sleek it is and how it’s the perfect size. the glass seems durable, it doesn't have a weird smell. I don't have to worry about cleaning it because it is dishwasher safe. The water from the glass tastes great. I have some regular cheap glasses and a BPA free water bottle but the water tastes notably better from this bottle. I can carry it around the sleeve protects the bottle and two full bottles is my daily allowance of water. ----By Andy
Before I bought this bottle, I tried several different ways to make sure that I was drinking enough water, but there was always some annoying hang-up. Constant refilling of smaller cups and glasses and bottles.
